This General Disclaimer applies to all Strategies, Programs, services, information and Partner information provided on our site. We do not make any guarantees or implications about results, as each homeowner’s situation is unique, and outcomes vary. Terms and conditions apply. The Company itself is not a licensed real estate broker, property management company or lender and does not offer or provide legal or accounting advice. Our Legal Team

Residential Equity Partners retains Pullin & Associates to represent both Residential Equity Partners and homeowners with whom Residential Equity Partners or Our Partners have entered into a contractual relationship. The legal representation provided by Pullin & Associates is subject to the terms outlined in a separate retainer agreement between the homeowner and Pullin & Associates. In certain cases, the fees for Pullin & Associates’ services may be paid by Residential Equity Partners; however, this arrangement does not alter the nature of the legal relationship between the homeowner and Pullin & Associates. Homeowners are encouraged to carefully review and understand the terms of the retainer agreement and seek independent legal advice prior to entering into any agreement.

REAP Program

The Company’s REAP Program is a network of real estate agents who participate in our Buyer Broker initiative. Through this program, we provide agents with properties that The Company or its Partners are interested in purchasing or acquiring the right to purchase. These agents, in turn, contact the property owners on behalf of The Company in exchange for a Buyer Broker fee. Participation in the REAP Program does not establish an employment or agency relationship between the agents and Residential Equity Partners. All transactions and communications with property owners are carried out by independent agents, and any fees earned are contingent on the successful facilitation of property acquisition or acquisition rights.
